“Disappointed, This is a property we stay at often. I choose this hotel because I'm older woman with arthritis and and when traveling I always book a hotel with a hot tub to ease my body before bed. After our arrival and getting settled in our room I went to the pool area and stepped into the spa tub to find it ice cold. I reported it to the main desk and the clerk said he would report it. The next morning I inquired again and the girl at the desk shrugged and said she had no idea when it...

“The shuttle service was great. We just called ahead because we had a late arrival, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable!!”

“The charge for breakfast prevented us from staying any longer than necessary. The hotel smelled very perfumy and strong like it was trying to hide something. The pool has too many bugs inside it.”
