La struttura si chiama Luxotel ma il lusso è un altra cosa. Anche se siete nel mezzo del deserto e il termine di paragone può essere diverso la struttura è in pessime condizioni e necessiterebbe continua manutenzione proprio per il luogo in cui si trova. La tenda della nostra bubble era rotta e il pavimento dov'era la doccia era marcio. I servizi sono scarsi c'è una sorta di bar improvvisato senza alcun criterio estetico. Non vengono serviti alcolici quindi dovete provvedere a portarli con voi da fuori. Le persone e lo staff sono gentili come sempre in Giordania.

Location mozzafiato, non ci sono altre parole da aggiungere. La nostra bolla era in prima fila, davanti solo deserto. La camera ha quello che serve per un piacevole soggiorno, aria calda per il freddo notturno, acqua calda, e due giacche pesanti tipiche del luogo. La doccia è troppo piccola, ed è un peccato perché avrebbero spazio per una più confortevole. Abbiamo passato la notte di capodanno ed hanno organizzato tutto molto bene, dalla cena al dopo cena!

We stayed here for two nights and what an amazing experience. The room was bigger than expected, very clean and very comfortable. The buffet dinner was okay. Felt like we were staying on planet Mars. Tours were easy enough to book without advance notice. Staff were very helpful.

With so many properties in this area, it can be a daunting choice. This location provided excellent communication, first class transportation to the resort, a clean friendly environment with no hard cell on arrival. Friendly staff and excellent food for both breakfast and dinner. Located in an amazing area with lots to see and do nearby I can highly recommend a stay here

I searched long and hard when planning my trip to Wadi Rum. There seems to be so much choice for accommodation but many with conflicting reviews After a very long search, I can confirm that I chose wisely This accommodation is fantastic and exceeded all of my expectations I would happily return and can highly recommend

Luxury in the Desert
We loved our stayed here! The buffet food was fantastic with lots of choice and good, traditional Jordanian food. There was a lot of vegetarian choice too. The bed was large and comfy and we loved using the double hammock on our terrace and staring out at the stars. The staff were super helpful and helped us to book a couple of trips including a hot air balloon trip.

Nice, but only for one night
The room was quite nice for being a tent. Comfortable bed and bathroom facilities were surprisingly fine (note no door on the toilet). Food is terrible though and you have no other option. They make it sound like there are many tour options - really just three things to do, all of which can be done in one day (jeep tour, camel and stargazing). Misleading information about activities.

They could offer unlimited water since you are in the desert. They only gave us two small bottles and then charged triple price for another bottle. The stargazing activity was amazing and worth the price. The property staff were helpful. The room and furniture were outdated. The roof was covered with a metal plate so you could not even see the stars at night. The water in the room was not working for about an hour and required me to call the front desk multiple times. Nice place but not worth the price I am sure there are better experiences in wadi rum. I expected more.

The place is very nice, as is the restaurant. The breakfast is terrible. It would improve with more upkeep and the bedouin that do the tours are rude and out of control. Tourists who book the hotel shouldnt be threatened and badgered into taking tours or doing activities with them. If they want business, they should earn it

Gute Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung im Wadi Rum
Die Unterkunft lebt zweifellos von ihrer einzigartigen Lage. Sie liegt mitten in der beeindruckenden Wüste des Wadi Rum. Es ist zweifellos wert, hier einen Stop einzulegen, aber mehr als eine Nacht ist dafür nicht erforderlich. Die Zimmer sind als zeltähnliche, einzelstehende Zimmer konzipiert. Das Badezimmer ist direkt im Zimmer integriert, was einigermassen gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Unser Zimmer war nicht blitzblank sauber, aber durchaus okay für eine Nacht. Das Abendessen ist in der Buchung inbegriffen, da es sonst keine Alternativen gibt. Es wird als Buffet angeboten mit vielen lokalen Angeboten. Die Qualität war ebenfalls in Ordnung, aber sicher kein kulinarisches Highlight, wie auch das Frühstück nicht. An der Freundlichkeit des Personals sollte das Hotel noch arbeiten, aber sie haben es offensichtlich nicht wirklich nötig, denn sie sind gut gebucht. Mit unserem 4x4 Auto konnten wir direkt zum Hotel fahren, indem wir dem Shuttle für die anderen Hotelgäste folgten (ohne "Guide" zu fahren würde ich nicht unbedingt empfehlen). Wir haben direkt beim Hotel vor Ort bei der Ankunft einen 5-stündigen privaten Ausflug ins Wadi gebucht. Das war zweifellos ein grosses Highlight und würde ich sofort wieder empfehlen. Sehr eindrücklich war auch der Sternenhimmel in der Nacht. Ich habe noch kaum einen Ort gesehen, an welchem man den Sternenhimmel derart gut beobachten kann. Das geht übrigens auch direkt vom Hotelzimmer aus, da es im Dach einen Art Fensteröffnung hat.

Einfach ein Traum! Ich war eine Nacht dort, konnte aber eine Woche dort verbringen. Personal sehr freundlich! Das Essen war mega!!! Sehr sauber! Das UFO Bubble bietet einfach alles!! Einfach top! Ich kann es nur empfehlen!! Nicht vergessen: unbedingt in der Nacht um 2 Uhr den Sternenhimmel anschauen! Es lohnt sich also den Wecker zu stellen!

Location is beautiful and it is the same for all other camps. I had a negative experience for few reasons. Staff is not friendly towards women. The Air conditioner does NOT work great during the day. Outside of my room was actually cooler and it was 90 degrees. It is only good when the sun goes down which doesn’t happen until 7pm The biggest problem with me is the food. It isn’t good and they don’t cover the food and there are flies everywhere in the food area. I had a hard time eating there! I knew that I was staying in a camp and I wasn’t expecting much. But flies on the food? Disgusting

A very unique experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious dinner buffet. Sunset camel ride into the desert was special but the 3 hour jeep tour into wadi run the next day was absolutely spectacular. Otherworldly!! Would definitely recommend the entire experience.

Der Preis ist viel zu hoch für das was das Hotel bietet! Man kann vom Zimmer aus (Bubble) keine Sterne sehen. Das Camp sieht einfach von aussen auf den Fotos cool aus. Die Bubbles und die Einrichtungen sind aber bereits renovationsbedürftig und das Restaurant hat keinen Charme. Die Lichtverschmutzung vom eigenen Camp (Küchenbereich bis fast um Mitternacht mit Industrielampen ausgeleuchtet) war sehr störend. Man ist wesentlich besser bedient, wenn man in einem der günstigen Beduinen Camps in Wadi Rum übernachtet.

Amazing secluded property. Camels just roaming on the outskirts of the property line. You can book excursions from this property. Views were spectacular. Dinner & breakfast buffet was 10/10. So many options and everything was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi from the rooms can be a little slow but it’s perfectly fine from the main/lobby dome.

La habitación no parece nada a la foto publicada en cuanto a calidad y mantenimiento de la habitación. La ubicación un poco incómoda por si se quiere visitar la reserva. Personal check in muy poco amable. Buena comida.

Magnifique établissement La vue est wowww Le diner très bon . C'est appréciable d'avoir des français à la réception. Bémol dans la chambre cependant des petits chaussons ne seront pas de trop en cette période. Est incompréhensible la clim chauffage au dessus du lit c'est mal penser il faisait trop froid mais impossible de mettre le chauffage car elle était sous nos têtes
