“Staff were wonderful. The property is a bit tired and we had trouble working the tv (manager came to our rescue). Room was cold and the heating wasn’t adequate, however the bonus was electric blankets.”

“We were only here for three nights but loved the time we had here. It was welcoming, spotless and our fridge was stocked everyday with breakfast foods, even bacon. The kitchen was really well stocked as was the rest of the house. For us, instead of being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves at night, we were able to hear the river and drop off to sleep with that beautiful sound, it really was a luxury home away from home. Thank you”

“We stayed at Grandeau Thermal Spa Resort on the 16th–17th of May and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed overall. The biggest issue was the general cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and facilities, which did not meet the standard we expected, especially for somewhere calling itself a “resort and spa.” The rooms felt extremely bare and empty, lacking any warmth or atmosphere. “Opened back our bed to a blood stained sheet. No proper door handle to go into the bathroom Have done a rough paint job inside where you can see all the buts that they missed. Cold tap made a dreadful noise when turned on...needed fixing. Wardrobe to hang up things had no pole to hang anything on. Never stayed in a place that was so rough. The picture online was lovely but was nothing like the place.”
