“The accommodation is in a great area walkable to town or great walks in other direction. Lakefront. Room very clean, bedding/beds appeared very new. Warm. Great little hot tub - didn't have time to try the pool - but was heated. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Some room features a bit tired - but to be expected at this price-point. I can imagine downstairs rooms a bit noisy if upstairs rooms occupied. Would definately stay again. ”

“Comfortable bed. Small kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge with tiny freezer space. Plates, cutlery, pots, pan, 2 hotplates, toaster, glasses, wine glasses, egg cups, glass bowls, cheese grater. separate kitchen sink. Dish liquid sachets. Tea and coffee including plunger. 6 milk pods. Park behind apartment. Walkway to front door not sealed so can't roll bags. Dated bathroom. Heated towel rail. Fabulous towel presentation including purse pack of tissues. Terrible shower. Strange dial to turn...

“We had a street view room however really enjoyed our stay due to the location and close proximity to dining options. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable and was clean on arrival. Although we had a street view room and our room was next to the entrance driveway (Room 14) we still found the room quiet and blinds gave privacy. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again next time we visit Taupo. ”

“We traveled from Auckland to Taupo and stayed here for 5 days Amazing service from the staff very friendly and catered to our every needs, room was cleaned and restocked daily which was very nice also loved the electric blankets and jumping into a nice cozy warm bed after a nice warm shower from a very bizi day and sight seeing. Very quiet place to stay the washing machines and dryers were very handy we came home with no dirty clothes at all. Kids wanted to play tennis but it ended up...

“This property was good value. The unit was clean and tidy and was also quiet. Convenient to shops and eateries. Only disappointment is that I had phoned ahead and requested wheelchair accessability for showering as I had had a recent knee operation, and on arrival the shower was over the bath. ”

“A great place to stay. Warm including underfloor heating in winter. Nice Thai Restaurant on the property. Good bed, great shower. TV controls sometimes did not work. Easy walk into the shops and entertainment area. This will be my go to stay in future visits to Taupo.”
