“Property was quiet and our room was clean with an incredibly comfortable bed. This is an older building and so rooms are smaller but it suited our need as a "home base" for two nights as we were only in the room to sleep. Quick commute to and from Durham.”

“The on duty manager was very polite, kind and focused on excellent customer service. The facilities are exceptionally clean and located in a very nice area. ”

“Clean room, literally the cleanest place in the area. We’ve stayed at six different spots and this was the best. Ended up staying 4 nights. Best breakfast ever. That quiche, ah! I’ll dream of it. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back.”

We were offered another room that was in no way comparable to the one we booked, we instead left and were told to call the next day about a refund since the service we booked was not provided. Still waiting on a return call from management.”

“I had a great stay at The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. One of the highlights was the fantastic gym on the 10th floor, with plenty of cardio equipment and amazing views. The rooftop terrace with the small pool was also a really nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great hotel, perfect location, close to the farmer’s market, downtown Durham, easy 20 min drive from the airport. Quiet, clean rooms. Excellent front desk person who went above and beyond to make sure to make us feel welcome. Free covered public parking during the week-end days. Not the first time we stay there and it will not be the last one! Thanks!”

“Only complaint is that the AC in the room smells awfully moldy. They need to have their HVAC serviced. Otherwise, very quiet and clean. ”

“Loved staying here. Did a staycation for my daughter’s birthday. We stayed here specifically because they had an indoor pool, breakfast and a late check out at noon. It allowed us time to have breakfast and not feel rushed out the door. I decided to stay an extra night & the young lady at the front desk was so helpful with booking the extra night. She made sure I rebooked thru the original app so I got a great rate and then made sure we did not have to move rooms. She also made sure housekeeping...
