Hotel vicino a Wake Nation - Fairfield

“Everything was close by the hotel.”

“My toilet ran all night and started leaking from the base in the middle of the night. Bathroom didn't look like it was clean in quite some time. Floors were sticky. Microwave didn't work. ”

“My 1st time Staying at an Avid Hotel. Check-in was quick & the lady was very kind! Our room was 114 so right by the lobby, it was clean and quiet. We did have to ask for a roll of toilet paper because the 2 rolls on the hanger each maybe had 10 squares each. Not a big deal, though. My two dislikes? First to preface, the lady at check in said “the room has everything you need and nothing that you don’t.” Well the fridge in the room was very small & the only microwave was a small one in the lobby....

“We had to stop for a night on our way from Pittsburgh, PA to Lexington, KY and opted for Comfort Inn for the price and for the swimming pool... A good choice! Clean and COMFORTable!! We will be back if we need again!”

“Staff were friendly and polite. Room was not very well cleaned. Small curly black hairs all over especially in the bathroom. Tub was rusted and faucet dripped all night. Floors were scratched up and looked terrible. Beds shifted and walked across the floor if you moved at all. Appeared bug free though. It is advertised they have cribs/portable play yards and they do not. Definitely pet friendly. Heard multiple barking dogs all night as well as plenty of people outside our door talking and...

“We were sent to the top floor. Around 4am the ceiling began to leak and got our belongings wet. I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back. The manager refused to make the situation right by doing a discount for the major inconvenience. We were never able to get back to sleep after all of the shuffling in the middle of...

“Older hotel that has been renovated. Breakfast was good; the attendant was very friendly and attentive. The walls seemed a little thin as we had people talking in the room beside us til 3am. ”
