“My kids do travel sports so we stay in quite a few hotels. I honestly dont know where to begin to even start. My room had no TV, even though pictures showed a TV. Check in was horrible, staff were not very welcoming. I got the 1 bedroom room with 3 beds and a pull out couch. I shut my bedroom door then proceeded to get stuck in the room almost breaking the door to get out. Same goes for the door to get in the room. “My customer service experience was wonderful. Megan (general manager) and Moriah (front desk manager) were professional, accommodating, and prompt in providing service. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.”

“Great stay. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. I’d stay here again.”

“The air did not work in our room. We let them know and they switched us to the room next door. We went in and the air unit would not even come on. They switched us again to another room on the same floor and the same thing happened again. All of this going on after 11:00pm to a family of 4. After being switched to a 4th room on a different level, the air worked but the room had a weird smell. They were very happy to switch rooms and try to help us but it was pretty frustrating.”

“Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything.”
