“the worst check in experience i’ve ever had at a hotel! I walked in to a man with a cigarette in his mouth behind the front desk and when i politely said hello the man screamed out the front desk ladies name so loudly in order to get her to the desk. once she came out she was rude. did not greet me at all. the first thing she said to me was “phone number?” it also seemed as if she did not understand the check in process what so ever. it took 20-25 minutes to get checked in and get my key to my...

“Rooms were very clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and it was a great location. I had booked several rooms for family to stay in for graduation and ended up with one too many and both Expedia and Amanda at the Hampton were very helpful in canceling the one room and ensuring that I still had the others to use. Everyone from check-in to breakfast staff to check-out were very friendly, courteous and helpful. And, believe me we were a handful!”

“The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.”

“The manager and person checking us in lack kindness. The hotel is beautiful and the person who creates the breakfast buffet was lovely. Maybe talk to those at the front desk about treating their guests like guests! ”

“Lighting wasn’t great. Especially if putting on makeup. Vending machine is drinks only. They sell some snacks but not anything great. Tub was chipped which always grosses me out. Bed was AWFUL. Terrible pillows, terrible mattress. But for a cheap motel, I didn’t feel like there were bugs or anything ridiculously unclean. Just not glorious.”

“The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. ”
