“The sheets and towels were dirty. When asked for more towels for showering and the pool because only 2 towels were in the bathroom and 4 people were booked for the room we were given 2 more and was told that was all they had. Wash clothes were brown, and sheets had dirty on them. Bathroom wall looked like either blood or dirty was on them. When you first turn on the water it was orange. Building smelled like pot. “The property is beautiful, with stunning views of Lake Erie. We especially enjoyed starting each morning with breakfast on the outdoor patio overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool was very nice and the complimentary pool towels were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. “Disappointing that the hotel was not carrying the Fox or Telemundo coverage of the World Cup. The hotel staff was embarrassed and said we should ask the corporate owners why that was the case. In addition, our room was not ready until 40 minutes after check in. We didn't really mind until we couldn't watch the World Cup games in the hotel bar. Otherwise, this is a nice property with staff doing their best to support customers.”
