“Everything was close by the hotel.”

“My toilet ran all night and started leaking from the base in the middle of the night. Bathroom didn't look like it was clean in quite some time. Floors were sticky. Microwave didn't work. ”

“My 1st time Staying at an Avid Hotel. Check-in was quick & the lady was very kind! Our room was 114 so right by the lobby, it was clean and quiet. We did have to ask for a roll of toilet paper because the 2 rolls on the hanger each maybe had 10 squares each. Not a big deal, though. My two dislikes? First to preface, the lady at check in said “the room has everything you need and nothing that you don’t.” Well the fridge in the room was very small & the only microwave was a small one in the lobby....

“Older hotel that has been renovated. Breakfast was good; the attendant was very friendly and attentive. The walls seemed a little thin as we had people talking in the room beside us til 3am. ”

“We had hair behind the door in the bathroom. Then when we pulled back the blankets of our bed there was a wad of hair, hole in the sheet and something dried on the flat sheet. When my husband took a shower his towel had a large worn hole in it. At check in i was informed that the $60 deposit per room was cash only”

“The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. ”

“We had to stop for a night on our way from Pittsburgh, PA to Lexington, KY and opted for Comfort Inn for the price and for the swimming pool... A good choice! Clean and COMFORTable!! We will be back if we need again!”

“I specifically booked an “accessible “ room for my mother since she cannot get around well and is in a wheelchair. The door to the room was so heavy it was difficult to open and wheel her inside. The tub had bars but no shower seat and the tub was very slippery for her. The beds were also very high and she had difficulty just getting on the bed from the wheelchair. I could have booked a regular room and had the same experience. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great but labeling my...
