“Short stay, late check-in which was pleasant. Didn't get to breakfast so can't provide any details there. Room appeared clean but there was a musky smell in the room. Maybe the carpet? Interactions with staff were good. ”

“We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....

“This property is completely unsanitary. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you’re met with old mattresses stacked against the wall and clutter everywhere. I was first assigned Room 117, and the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty odor. When I checked the bedsheets, they were filthy—covered in stains and small bugs. I returned to the front desk to request a different room, but the second one, Room 105, was even worse. There were dead roaches on the floor and in the shower, the mini...

“Reasonable price for a clean stay.”

“This was the only hotel I could get a room at for a concert. The hotel is old and show its age. Bathroom door took my full strength to open as it was so warped. Breakfast was quite limited. A waffle maker, pre packaged pancake wrapped sausage and yogurt was all they offered. Staff was friendly and it seemed clean. But for $340 definitely expected more.”

“The place was so dirty, dead bugs everywhere. And hairrrr!!! I used my blow dryer to blow some of the dirt/hair/bugs off the ground. The place was just trash. I woke up everyday with stuffy nose, and breathing issues. Also weird activity in the parking lot there too if ya know what I mean. We also went to the pool, and the pool was green as the grass. The place needs to spend some money and revamp the place. New paint on the wall would help. Absolutely nightmare. Staff was so rude. Asked for...
