“The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room...

“The photo used for the hotel is not updated. Advertised as a non-smoking property, to be welcomed by the day time manager standing in front of the entrance smoking. The bed cover and chair in the room had cigarette “burn holes” on them. The room was very dated and any attempt to fix, repair or update was poorly done. The TV in the room was small. The dogs on the floor in the other rooms were loud and could be heard barking down the hallway. Minimal options for breakfast. Wasn’t expecting too...

“Very old and outdated. Online pictures don't seem current. AC works but very noisy. Room wasn't clean. Couple who cleaned were very old and couldn't get around very well. ”

“Well... they are renovating the whole thing. My room was very nice and quiet and clean. No elevator as its being installed to bring building up to code. It had a very... urban thug vibe when I pulled with a chickenhead prowling the lot. The driveway was very '87 Beirut with deep chugholes everywhere supposedly to be renovated also. For the price for one night and location to restaurants, it was okay. I'll give it a couple years before considering another stay.”

I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable.
