“This the stay was great. The check-in process was a waste of time. I had to electronically check in and then give them all the information again. Your electronic check-in is a waste.”

“Even though an employee from earlier in the day used my information to check-in a different guest who had a different name than mine, the more attentive employee who checked me in was able to switch out our information and get it fixed. I even was given a complimentary room upgrade. Thank God she was there because she couldn't reach the manager who was on call. She problem solved the issue fairly quickly.”

“I have had to stay here twice due to my mother being hospitalized in the area. The young lady at the front desk assisted me both times. She is a very sweet and caring person. Being tired and nervous both times, her smile and willingness to help made things a little easier. The beds are awesome, very clean.”

“I’m in love with Tracey. She saw I was upset from the look of the outside of the hotel but offered me a glance at my rooms. Nice inside corridor that can’t be seen from the outside. Nice and cozy and affordable. This is my spot now when I visit. Tracey deserves a big raise!!”
