“There are very basic amenities, no wifi, no hand towels, or lift. Towels were not fresh and had an odour. The whole place is run down, eerie and neglected. Staff are very nice though. ”

When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. “Great staff, huge room, huge bath with double sinks, double shower heads, deep jetted tub. Also two desks, a bistro table with 2 chairs as ell as desk chairs and a view of the river. Would definitely stay there again! Very comfortable king bed to top it off.”

“The check in is code activated and the front desk doesn’t appear to have a permanent staffer. Other wise I was able to change rooms the following day that has a block out curtains with no fuss. Staff are friendly and helpful.”

“An adequate facility for an overnight stay for a traveler or road trip. Well placed in a quieter area close to parklands and dining areas. Limited in room facilities which is why i would recommend for overnight stop and not a holiday venue, but it is clean and tidy and comfortable and the staff are very friendly.”
