Hotel a Wallis

“The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean but the ac in our room gave off a slight smell of mold. The ac was set at 78 and it was raining in Houston, so one can expect the room to be initially damp. However, all through the night I was coughing. At a minimum, the ac needs to be cleaned and the filter exchanged.”

“I loved the newness, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Was not pleased with having to pay $100 for incidentals when I knew I would not be utilizing any since I was in town for a family funeral and meeting at their properties for meals etc. Holding a card number would’ve been more affordable than spending another $100 and waiting for return of monies.”

“Stayed 1 night. Room was clean and staff nice. Only issue was our ac wasn’t working. Room stayed on 80 degrees and was very humid. Had a hard time sleeping thru the night. Luckily we had an early event the next morning.”

“The room was Ok, in the restroom there were holes in the wall between the shower and the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were little roaches crawling around in the restroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door.”

“La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable. Perp realmente al hotel le falta mucha limpieza. El lobo no se veía tan mal a lo mejor pq el piso es de losa. Pero nos dieron habitación en el 2do piso y el pasillo es en alfombra y estaba super sucio y con olor no agradable. Y ni hablar de las escalares. La habitación tenía un poco olor a cigarrillo. Se veía limpia ; pero el baño no se veía muy limpio y el toilet mal lavado. No quisiera colocar una foto pq no se muy agradable a la vista. Yo realmente...
