“We've stayed while attending the Dante York Festival of races. I like the spot because it is handy to pop to Harrogate, Wetherby or York of course... Nice Looking hotel, reliable choice.”

“The place is actually a mammouth service area. Food court closeby and wonderful park on the backside. They were short of personnel though and this affected some elements of the stay. Need to read the board where they state they do the rooms only after the third day (…?)”

“Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying...

“That rooms were in excellent condition and very clean with good facilities. The fact you overlook the canal and railway lines are an extra bonus with a holiday vibe of cafe culture. Hotel is near to the shopping centre which is a shopper paradise with a wide range of shops and goods.”

“We enjoyed our single night stay at the Hyatt House Leeds. The hotel was very convenient to Leeds main train station and walkable to the city centre. The room was comfortable and amenities good. The breakfast buffet offer was good but would have been nice for the food to be a little warmer than it was. The onsite guest laundry was a bonus but would suggest signage that advises hotel patrons that washing or drying could be removed if the cycle has finished so other patrons could utilise the...

Molto complicato il parcheggio che non è nell hotel sebbene si siano attrezzati in modo da assicurarti il posto auto in un parcheggio affianco. Le camere non sono grandissime ma hanno l essenziale così come la colazione - molto misera rispetto ai soliti Marriott però comunque buon cibo. ”

“Really can't fault it. Clean, posh, good location. Dropped our bags off early and they had been taken to our room for us by night check in. Free water was needed after a festival in crazy heat. Staff all very nice”

“I would avoid it if possible. Hotel is quite dated and the lifts take a long time. Room is not soundproof and not very comfortable bedding”
