“We loved this place!! Like someone else said in another review, sitting on the porch feels like you're sitting right over the water. It was so comfortable, very straightforward to get checked in, and there was even spare coffee for us to enjoy in the morning. Right as we were leaving we saw a bald eagle battling with a duck on the river, maybe fifty yards from the patio. This was a remarkable place to stay!”

“Stayed for almost a week and had no issues. Well we had a small issue with WIFI but was cleared up almost immediately. Owner was very responsive. Everyone said the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is nice sized to cook a reasonably large meal. Overall I’m satisfied.”

“We were up in Eugene to visit our daughter at UO. This was just the perfect spot for us. The Orchard House is walking distance to campus and other spots we love like Beppe & Giannis, Prince Pucklers, Hey Neighbor Pizza, etc. Booking was a breeze, the home was very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed during our stay and will definitely look to book The Orchard House for our future visits to UO.”

“We came on a business trip to work in the Eugene area and it was easily accessible to the city center, the airport and some of the surrounding towns we were traveling through. Unit was clean, modern and spacious for three. There were plenty of insights into how to navigate the space and when we had an issue with wifi host was good at responding and giving insights for us to resolve it.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. A few improvements throughout could help a lot. There were tons of sheets and nice towels. Two of the three bedrooms were comfortable. The heaters in each room were nice, but we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the fireplace (even after following the directions). There were no regular size spoons, and not enough forks. Plenty of pots and pans, but no oven-safe baking dishes. Expired food items in the cupboards. Our biggest problem was that there wasn't enough...

“This place was even more beautiful in person! Pictures don’t do it justice! We all wished we had more time there! It was such a cozy spot with great personal touches. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. 10/10 would stay there again !!!”

“This house is nestled in a suburban neighborhood of beautiful homes. The hosts were exceptional and answered our questions immediately. We found the house had everything we needed and were grateful for a washer and dryer. It was a wet weekend for our family racing on Dexter Lake. The location is minutes from convenient shops and U if O campus. When the weather is nice, the walk around the neighborhood is amazing.”

The river was across the highway, not on the property. Arrive in the daylight to manage the driveway for the first time. The cones and communication from the host were very helpful.”
