Hotel a Wana

“Our sheets and pillow cases were very stained. The comforter was so dirty that we threw it off the bed. We have stayed at this hotel several times and this is my 1st complaint. Other than that major issue the rest of the stay was good. Breakfast is always really good.”

“The view is what appealed to me about this particular hotel and it met my expectations! Also, this was the quietest hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were very spacious. It was also the biggest shower that I have ever seen in a hotel room. ”

“I ended up with a handicapped room, which was ok. The shower was a little small, but the real problem was it had 3-5 inches of water in the tub when I arrived. Just not what you want to do when you rent a room! The staff was there, that's about all you could say about them. Gave me a key. No expression, smile, nothing. Not a friendly location for sure. The breakfast was ok. Food stations were clean.”

“Booked at last minute. Desk manager, very pleasant. Our room had been recently refurbished. It was clean. Beds were good. The bathroom had been completely overhauled and everything worked well including shower”

“Wonderful staff - polite and professional. Property is falling apart and the owner should be ashamed. There are cracks, visible seems in drywall in ceiling, patched holes (and unpatched holes) in walls, the sink had a crack, the toilet clogged, the HVAC was old and loud. We had to lift the door to get it to close. Some of these issues exist in each Quality Inn I have stayed in the last few years. No real quality left in Quality Inn.”

“The breakfast was good and had a large variety of options. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool area was clean and stocked with towels. Definitely will stay here again. ”

“The woman at check in acted like I was bothering her. The room smelled terrible. Nothing “soundproof” about the room… The first morning we were woken up to vacuuming in the hallway. The room above us was so loud, i swear they were doing calisthenics. Would not recommend. ”
