“The room had a strong tobacco smoke smell and other unpleasant odors. The smell was noticeable as soon as I entered the room and made my stay uncomfortable. I expected a clean, fresh-smelling room and was disappointed with the condition.”

“I reserved for 3 days. I called to let them know about a late or next-day check-in, which I was willing to pay for. I came the next day, notified them again, and was transferred to multiple people. When I arrived to check in, they did not have the room ready because someone was already sleeping in it, despite all my notifications and even paying for it, which was not refunded even with insurance. So I slept in my car for 2 days because of the irresponsibility of the staff or owner and whoever...

“First the good: it is inexpensive, and the staff are extremely friendly. That's all. We had a reservation for 3 nights amd just left after the first one. The rooms are in terrible condition, and do not at all look like the pictures online. The sheets were covered in someone's hair. The furniture was all broken or missing parts. There's a new kitchenette with stove, but no pans. The shower head sprayed more water out the back than the actual spout so we couldn't bathe, which was the last...

“The room was very spacious for my family (5 people), and pool and breakfast were complimentary. A kitchen was available, but there was no pot or dish to use it. The refrigerator was large. The room was worn (especially the moquette) and the area outside was noisy and dirty.”

“The hotel in general is so accommodating. We asked if we could check in early, provided that it is avaible, we were able to and that is a big help for us. The staff, Jessie and Luis and there's another female, I forgot to ask the name, are very welcoming! Although we are San Diegans, living about an hour away from the city, we found a place to stay whenever we need one. We'll come back whenever there's a need to stay overnight. The laundry and fitness room are a big +. -N Family”

“Room was so over fragranced it was unbearable. The odor was so strong it absorbed into our clothes. Found a whole house are freshener pad inside the air conditioner fan. Even after I removed it, the room was too far gone to recover. Breakfast is on the 2nd floor stuffed into a tiny toom which barely hold 10-12 people. Avoid it.”

“I liked everything about my stay. The staff provided housekeeping every day and replaced the towels daily, which I really appreciated. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were ants in the bathroom when we first arrived.”

“Breakfast was advertised but there was just coffee. Staff claimed there were muffins but I never saw any muffins. I think to save money, they don’t supply the rooms with anything. No dishes, silverware, shampoo etc. you have to ask. They apologized for not having a full suite of dishes to provide, I guess they don’t want to drive the 400 yards to Walmart to keep there supplies stocked. Staff is never at front desk. They put sign out indicating they are helping some other guest but they...
