“The rooms are clean and have comfy beds! The pool, slide and hot tub are great fun! The breakfast fill you up for the day with pancakes, waffles, sausage, eggs and much more! We have stayed here multiple times and for the price it is great quality! ”

“My room was quaint,clean and you could smell and see the cleanliness as soon as you walked in. I stayed 3nights and I had no worries wasn't loud from neighbour's. Plenty of restaurants, great access to the main road and mall. If I book a hotel the next time Im in Cranbrook,. I'll be staying there. Thank you Motel 6”

“Lovely hotel, check in process was rather slow. I had a two queen bed, the beds were incredibly soft and not very comfortable. However the restaurant and lounge were great!”

“The staff cared only about catering to their friends and off-duty coworkers. I watched them turn people away at the door, citing maximum occupancy as their reason, when they were a birthday party for an off-duty staff member and they had plenty of room. I was also turned away because someone in the bar gave me a beer. As a 31 year-old, it was not a pleasant experience to be chastised by a 20 year-old over someone else giving me a drink. “Breakfast decidedly ordinary and lift not working in building expecting us to carry bags to third floor. I liked the attached pub however so not all bad. They also had a wine store which I found unusual…good unusual. A pool with hot tub in the middle of the atrium was also a good feature.”

“Very clean property, check in was easy, comfortable bed and atmosphere, the view was nice and overall would recommend. Some cons: The check in code makes me worry slightly about safety. The sauna is much smaller than it appears in the photo, and is also in a very awkward location (in the hallway between rooms, facing the hall). There was also only shampoo in the washroom, no conditioner or body wash.”
