“Breakfast was poor Air conditioning was loud Hotel was tired Bit of a smell”

“The air conditioner barely worked. It was near 26 in the room most of the night even with windows open. Grass has not been watered/maintained. Weeds around the property. Room for the most part was clean except under the bed. There is no microwave in the room.”

“The room and bathroom were clean. Pool & jacuzzi were out of order again. The air conditioning unit was beyond loud with a whilst throughout the entire night. We barely slept. Breakfast was just nothing special.”

“It was okay - balcony was nice but we looked out on a residential street but there were mountain views to see in the distance. A huge deer walked across the street while we were sitting out there!”

“The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable, however the elevator was not working and the hot water took time to get warm every evening. On the plus side, the restaurant in the hotel was absolutely fabulous! We travel a lot and The Riverview Bar and Grill had the best food we have ever tasted! We highly recommend stopping in for a meal. You will not be disappointed!”

“Our room was 80 degrees. We couldn't figure out the thermostat and two different staff took over a half hour to figure it out while my wife was in bed exhausted from travelling. Also one reason we chose to stay here was the restaurant (Numa) but it was closed which was not clear in the booking information. Not open Monday or Tuesday.”

“This was a fantastic place to stay! The free laundry for guests was perfect for us and the machines didn't smell which was great. Everything was really clean and the staff was very helpful. Also a very delicious cafe next door (white birch). Would stay here again!”

“Room was clean, bathroom door didn’t close fully and noise was a bit of an issue near the front desk/laundry area but otherwise it was a good, clean stay. Pet and mountain bike friendly!”

“Stayed one night. We got cookies at check in. The pool was great and the breakfast was good too. Room was clean”

“Rooms were very spacious and clean, full kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Resort was very nice and well layed out. The hot tubs were easily accessible, the restaurant was very good and the portions were perfectly sized and priced. The spa services were very good and ha I g those on site made it very convenient. The location of this resort made it very easy to travel to Fernie and around Southern BC quickly.”
