We have stayed there many times and understand the need for updates and maintenance but it would have been nice to know in advance or perhaps reduction of rates during the Reno. I'm sure that the hotel will look amazing when we return next year. Staff is always amazing and rooms are always clean. Thanks for a great weekend!”

“We stayed here for our family vacation. We were sold on the pool photos. The room had a great layout as we were up in the loft King bed and the kids were down in the main area. They had a clean pack and play for our baby. I did find hairs on the floor from when my baby was crawling around which I didn't love. However, the pool was amazing and our kids had a blast there. “This hotel was one of our all time favorite travel hotels. We stayed just one night. It has a neat, clean, comfortable atmosphere with a friendly staff and an excellent Mediterranean style restaurant for dinner and breakfast - not complimentary with the hotel stay, but not expensive. The room was quiet, neat and clean, and simply had a comfortable feel to it, with comfortable beds, a big TV screen, an updated bathroom and all the basic conveniences a traveler wants.”

“We chose this hotel because it was advertised as pet friendly, which was important for us. The staff were genuinely very sweet and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. That said, the room we were assigned was quite disappointing. It felt run down and didn’t seem very clean, to the point where I kept my shoes on the entire time. The shower itself worked, but the tub spout diverter (the part used to switch water from the showerhead to the bathtub faucet) didn’t function...
