“A wonderful stay at Calm Sea Guesthouse. We had a lovely spacious room with comfortable beds and nice extra touches like a packet of sweets for our teenage boys and biscuits for us. Even a mini fridge with fresh milk - what a treat! Mel and Trish could not have made us feel more welcome. Trish cooked a delicious breakfast each morning, and Mel gave us a wealth of tips and suggestions for eating out and places to visit. A first rate stay, highly recommend.”

“Just had a superlative stay at this recently refurbished hotel. We were awoken in our charming, comfortable and individual room to deers and donkeys running around in the ground. The public rooms are gorgeous, so much love and taste has gone into designing it and it seems like all the staff genuinely love working here, they are happy and keen to help. Every room was really like a room from an interior designers catalogue so thoughtfully decorated we had the extra bonus of seeing it decorated for Christmas. The lounge was really nice with complimentary hot drinks and cookies. Wonderful hotel not far from the town and beach.”

We enjoyed our breakfast and Sarah, the owner, was very helpful. We stayed overnight and were out most of the time exploring the area and enjoying the great local seafood. ”
