“The rooms were clean but very small. There wasn’t a dresser in the bedroom and you could hardly walk around the bed. You can hear the people above your room just walking across the room.”

“The first room has stains on it sheets and they quickly swap this out to another room. I checked the sheets. They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. This is more about Expedia complaint, but I bought the insurance in case of a cancellation which I tried to use because my wife is so pregnant.
