“We were very disappointed by how dirty our room was. We stayed for four nights and honestly if we did not have our two young children and all their things with us we would have left. At first we noticed lots of hairs around the room (in the drawers when we unpacked, on a pillow, in the sink), but the longer we stayed, the more gross stuff we noticed. “The property was absolutely beautiful, room was divine. The only thing was there was noooo staff when we arrived at 7pm and didn’t see any in the morning either when we left at 10! I don’t mind a self check in but without the heads up it was extreme. Another guest had to let us in. We did not know our exact room so we literally got on their computer and found the booking ourselves and found the key.
