“Staff are very accommodating, no fault with staff. The property is badly in need of maintenance and updating. Bathroom floor was dirty. Grout dirty, old and shower area had mold. Carpets were stained. Floors in halls and public areas looked like they'd not been cleaned in some time. Furniture was worn and dated. Breakfast was minimal and poor quality. I would not stay here until a major renovation has taken place ”

“Super 8 was okay. Our room smelled a little bad, but we sprayed some deodorizers around and it solved the problem. Otherwise it was fine. No breakfast was disappointing.”

“Not fancy, but functional. All necessary amenities present and working correctly. Reasonably recently renovated. Seems to have many long-term residents, but they weren't any kind of problem. Minor nits: could use a second chair, elevator slow, mattress slides on platform bed at little too easily. Very good value for the price.”

“Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!”

“It was okay, the hallway carpet was horrible and dirty and the room had an odor, but I had Lysol and 91 percent alcohol. The bathroom around the baseboard was not too clean, but my grandson enjoyed the pool and staff was great. Need upgrade on room furniture.”

“This was my first time staying in a Best Western. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and they went out of their way to help you. We had to leave before breakfast but they had muffins and yogurt available for us. Shuttle to the Cleveland airport was on time and we were dropped off right off at our airline door.”
