Brand New Home near Truman Lake with New Hot Tub, Access to Boat Ramp/Marina.

Brand new construction with New Hot Tub!!! 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with many luxury amenities. Two guest rooms have king beds and the third is a bunk room that can sleep 6. Very close to Sterett Creek marina and boat ramp. Marina property has a seasonal restaurant, convenience store, basketball and volleyball courts. The driveway to the house is large enough to accommodate a boat trailer. big backyard mostly privet, Wifi included. Come spend the day on Truman Lake. Then relax on the back patio while the kids play in the yard. Cook an amazing meal in the brand new kitchen then end the day by watching a movie by the fire.

I loved the house minus the amount of bugs. I’ve stayed at many lake properties and this was on another level. There are literally bug traps hanging in the house. The hot tub that was horrifying the amount of bugs in there you couldn’t even stay in it because you could feel them hitting you. I think treating the lawn would help for sure with this problem super sad because the house is great otherwise

The house is very nice except for the fact it was not very clean. Almost all baseboards had cobwebs and spiders. Now I realize it is fall and spiders will be trying to come inside but that doesn’t excuse cookie pieces under one of the king beds, numerous candy pieces and yucky stuff under couch cushions and lots of dust on shelves in closets. Overall it is a very nice house that just needs a thorough cleaning.

There were 4 adults and 5 children ages ranging between 2-8 and it was PERFECT! So clean and spacious. Definitely recommend! Only thing I would recommend is room darkening curtains but not counting it against the stay!

Beautiful home and would recommend. Only negative would have liked a contact phone number. Had an issue with lamp unable to reach owner. Wanted to let them know before we left. Everything was nice.

Such a perfect house for a family getaway. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything we needed. The hot tub was so relaxing. The beds were comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to Sterrett Creek Marina. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was the perfect place for our group of 5 ladies after the Warsaw Wine Festival.
