We arrived early intending to have lunch whilst waiting for our keys but to our delight the room was ready early. We had a light lunch in the restaurant with our friends which was of a good standard. “the whole experience was fantastic, a warm welcome by all staff. we had an issue with our heating not working in our room, an attempt was made twice to repair it but unsuccessful, we went out for Dinner and was offered another room late evening, although the offer was appreciated we felt it was to late to move. all in all a very lovely hotel and we will hopefully return soon. ”
