“Well maintained hotel with nice little restaurant bar in an area that needs it.”

“This place was really lovely: I enjoyed the amenities, the clean room, and the breakfast, which had a delightful variety of options. The only thing I wish had been available was an ATM. When I asked the front desk about it, they kindly informed me that there isn't an ATM on the premises.”

“AC was broken in common areas and not expected to be fixed for days. TV didn’t work in our room and front desk told us there was nothing they could do. Also, they ran out of pillows.”

“We were made feel welcome, by the young lady that cooks in kitchen. D. I feel like her name was Diedra. Not sure. She was very welcoming. I was not feeling the greatest the first night. She was very warm and welcoming 🙏”

“This was absolutely awesome.... Now I think we got a little bit "lucky" (explanation below), but this could be the most incredible hotel stay I have had in my entire life. There are two suites that hold guests. All the guests were in suite one, and we were the only couple in suite two. It was essentially like we had the entire mansion to ourselves. There was a piano. “The room was fine, although it had a bit of a smell. The beds were very comfortable. My biggest issue was noise. We were in town for a Lax tournament and the room above ours had unsupervised children that were banging, jumping, and screaming for hours. We endured it for roughly 2 hours before we called the front desk the first time. They said they would talk to them. No behavior changed. My husband then went down 45-60 minutes later to speak to the front desk, they offered us points, but...

“A few stains on the carpets in hallways & room but otherwise very clean”

“The room itself was ok but there isn’t much in the room, quite literally a fridge, tv, bathroom, bed and chair. Pretty simple and was ok but apart from the actual room it could help some better smell and cleaning.”

“Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable.”

“Didn't like having to pay for parking as a a guest. Shower water ran out on bathroom floor. Otherwise really enjoyed restaurant and bar! Would definitely come back, maybe in new section!”

“The hotel was good but there were people next door having a loud music like around 11 pm my kids couldn’t get to sleep until a fight it out with next door room we call 3 time to the lobby and they didn’t do anything about it not even when up to see what was happening besides they give us a connecting room and that made me feel unsafe we didn’t notice until we were already set so overall the hotel didn’t make me feel safe on that sense.it was clean and very nice place besides that inconvenient”
