Questa bella casa con interni aperti e moderni può ospitare sei persone ed è proprio su Capitol Hill, a pochi isolati dalla Corte Suprema, dal National Mall e dal Capitol Building. Il quartiere è sicuro e tranquillo con un sacco di ristoranti proprio dietro l'angolo. Ci sono due fermate della metropolitana raggiungibili a piedi (5-10 minuti), quindi tutta la DC è a portata di mano!

Ottimo per tutti i gruppi, comprese le famiglie con bambini piccoli (pack 'n play, lenzuola per culle e baby gate inclusi). Include una cucina completa, una zona pranzo, un soggiorno e due bagni completi. Le sistemazioni per la notte includono due camere da letto al piano superiore con letti queen size, un materasso ad aria e un divano. Ampie lenzuola e asciugamani di alta qualità forniti. From our very first inquiry into this home, the process and results have been excellent. The host is responsive and always ready to lend a hand and answer questions. He was gracious and kind.The location was perfect for us. This home more than Met all of our needs. It was comfortable well stocked and furnished with style and class. It provided us with all the information as to the home, city, sites, transportation, and dining that we could ever have hoped. In the end when we return, we will again stay in this home.

This home is 5 stars!! Beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s located perfectly on Capitol Hill to walk just about anywhere. Chris is a wonderful host. Quick to respond to messages and allowed for easy check in and check out. Thanks for a great stay!

Christopher thinks of everything to make the visit comfortable. Coffee, conditioner, lotion and even toothpaste! We did not see or hear him but if we needed him, I’m sure he would be accommodating.

Superb property. Immaculately clean and well furnished. The neighborhood is lovely and safe and close to all Capitol Hill attractions, metro, retail, restaurants, etc. Christopher was a great host and very responsive during the booking process. Will definitely look forward to renting this unit again in the future!

My sister and I spent 6 nights staying at this beautiful home. It is central to everything that we wanted to do. Just about everything was within a 2-3 miles radius with most places within 1 mile. The home is clean and nice and we had no issues. The host, Chris, was wonderful and very helpful when we needed him.

We came to DC with our three grandsons ages 10 and 11. Chris’s home was perfectly located in a quiet residential area in Capitol Hill. Just blocks from the Eastern Market metro station, it was so easy to get to all the sights plus dinner options. Our boys navigated the neighborhood so easily. The house was great. Everything we needed for a lovely stay. Very clean. Chris made checkin so easy. His house was well stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries. We didn’t cook meals there since we wanted to take advantage of the great restaurants nearby, however the kitchen was great. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks Chris!

My folks and I stayed for a few days in this beautiful condo. Nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. The location is perfect for walking to the Capitol and other DC sights. Over the weekend I found street parking easily right in front. Friendly communication with the owner. We appreciated our time there. I highly recommend!

This house was perfect. It's in a lovely neighborhood very near the Library of Congress, and within walking distance to Eastern Market and the Washington Mall. The house itself is very pretty, updated, with lots of things to make your stay easier like toiletries and laundry supplies. The TV is nice and big, and logged into streaming services. We enjoyed our stay here very much and had no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.
