“Well situated. Hotel felt a bit dated but we got a good rate so I guess that reflects it. Staff were friendly but service a little slow and inefficient. We had two rooms for our family. My room was fine but the second room the shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom which was a nuisance. I slept perfectly well but it would have been nice to be able to change the temperature- the panel in my bedroom didn’t seem to work. Rooms were clean but looked like they could do with a refurb. ”

“When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. “Really didn't enjoy our stay. The room was dirty especially around the windows and in poor state of repair with multiple chips in the basin. We had to climb a very old spiral staircase to get to the room which would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Finally we were given a choice of breakfast either at 7.15 am or 10.15 and nothing was available in between.”

“I had to booked to stay overnight. When I arrived. I checked in approx 2045. Went to room. Seemed to be dirty room, as edges of carpet not hoovered. mattress exposed appeared tired. Hallway on 2nd floor smelled of weed and urine. The door just next to mines had been kicked off the hinges. Was wide open with damage. I raised issue with Khizai, I checked out and didn't stay as didn't feel safe. As seems to be shady individuals dealing drugs at the premises. I have messaged for resolution but no...
