“This all-inclusive hotel fell well short of expectations. The room, including the bed, was noticeably dusty, which triggered ongoing sinus inflammation throughout my stay and made it hard to relax. Basic amenities were lacking too—the towels provided had visible holes, the sink in the room was leaking as well and no drinking water was left in our room, which felt unacceptable for an all-inclusive package. “The property best feature was it's location downtown a proximity to sports venues and the casino. The room was very large and would have great for an extended stay. It was very confusing how to get into the bldg and very unusual set up for desk.”

“Overall, good. Basic hotel. The restaurant closed early, and had no coffee available. No pleasant apology from restaurant employee. Fortunately a Starbucks around the corner. No in-room lock safe, was told all hotels are eliminating safes. Carried our passports and valuables with us everywhere we went. Staff were friendly, location was convenient for us.”

“The staff were polite and helpful. The property was clean but needs some TLC. Walls are a little thin so we heard lots of kids in the hallways. We didn’t try the cafe downstairs. Served our purposes for a one-night stay.”

Colazione eccezionale e utilissima la possibilità di cenare a buffet con tre drink inclusi fino alle 19. Infine comoda la piscina con la vasca idromassaggio con acqua calda che ci ha permesso dopo cena di rilassarci alla fine della nostra giornata in visita durante il nostro viaggio on the road tra Canada e USA. Assolutamente da consigliare!”
