“WIFI VERY SLOW. Staff was always very courteous. Landscaping horrendous pool furniture horrible. Many missing and or dead Landscaping throughout the pool area and entrance. Pool furniture was a mix match and did not mirror the Beautiful entrance/ lobby area. You almost thought you were in two different hotels because of the differences.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at Quality Inn & Suites in Orlando. The room was in poor condition—the door was broken, the bathtub was old and dirty, and both the floors and walls looked unclean and poorly maintained. Housekeeping was also an issue, as the room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. On top of that, the breakfast was far below expectations. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much better level of comfort and service. Unfortunately, this stay did not feel worth the cost at...
