“Had a great stay at Econo Lodge. It was an impromptu weekend trip and we just needed somewhere to stay for two nights. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well presented. The maid replaced our towels, even though we never put the 'please make up our room' tag. The hotel is conveniently located between Brisbane City and the Gold Coast, which makes it easy to get around if you have a car and are sightseeing the region. Il personale ci ha accolto con il sorriso, nonostante il check-in anticipato non comunicato. “Street-side (city view) rooms are very noisy from road traffic noise. Parking is really bad. My usual hotels in the same area (Diana hotel in Woolongabba and Il Mondo hotel in Kangaroo Point) have free parking and easy carpark layouts. This hotel charges $40 per night for tiny spaces and a very tight to navigate carpark area. I won't be staying here again with better options so close by.”

“Rude staff wouldnt let me check in after 8 oclock had to sleep in the lobby as there was no after hours contact details and then at 7am the next daywhen reception opened told me i had to wait till 2 pm that day to check in even though my booking was for the night before. Couldnt understnd basic english.”
