Hotel vicino a Waterkloof Shopping Centre - Johannesburg

“Zum ersten Mal in Südafrika. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Das äußert freundliche Personal hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und 2 schöne Zimmer zugeteilt mit denen wir sehr zufrieden waren. Das Bad geräumig, das Zimmer groß und mit einem schönen Balkon, bzw. Im Erdgeschoss mit einer Terrasse ausgestattet. Das Ambiente im öffentlichen Bereich ist künstlerisch gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein kostenloser Shuttle Service brachte uns zum nahe gelegenen Einkaufszentrum. Eine schöne Erfahrung...

“The place is very clean. The staff are very very friendly and they make you feel as if you are home.”

“The room was not clean. After telling the front desk thr came to the toilet. But after being in the room saw how the sheets were not clean bins not emptyed dust everywhere. Restaurant service was terrible. The food i ordered was raw. Even after waiting 1 hour for the food. Overall very disappointing. I have stayed at the town lodge many times but this time was terrible ”

“I booked and paid for my accommodation online and received proof thereof for the night of the 11th May 2026. On arrival the hotel had no knowledge of my booking, the telephone number given for Expedia remained unanswered. I has to book via the hotel and pay again. No acknowledgment from Expedia and no reply to emails or phones calls. Until I get a refund for the inconvenience I will continue posting negative comments about this agent.”
