Case in affitto a Watertown

“the house was great for our needs - it was nicely furnished fully stocked with the essentials in the kitchen. the host checked in when it was especially cold to ensure the heat and water were working correctly. the living room was very comfortable with leather reclining chairs and a gas fireplace that heated the room very well. We enjoyed how easy our stay was and recommend this location ”

“House was lovely and very comfortable. The ammenities in house were plentiful and up to date. We were able to make dinner and find all that we needed to do so and we we able to relax comfortably and sleep well. Host was easy to reach and responsive. House was roomier and nicer than it appeared in the photos”

“The room was really nice and the private bathroom was very big and beautiful. The host was great communicating the check in process and throughout the stay. The room is in the lower floor of the house and the host and family live upstairs. The stairs to get down to the room are just inside the front door of the house. It was a great stay. I was there one night. I would recommend this host/home for sure.”

“Great place for a getaway. Also nice for hanging out with family and friends.”

“We loved the place, which feels like your own house in the woods. The setting is gorgeous especially with the leaves changing colors. We specifically chose the location so we could bike the Farmington Trail loop which starts at the bottom of the hill. The house is so well stocked with everything you could think of, especially coffee and there is plenty of space to relax inside and out. The host was very attentive to our needs. It couldn’t have been better for us.”

“This VRBO has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Connecticut. The view and relaxing patio overlook paddlers on the Farmington River. The beds are comfortable and the furnishing are very pleasant. The little village of Collinsville provides wonderful trails to stroll. Several restaurants and music venues were fun, but the Farmer's Market on Sundays in the summer is not to miss. Carol, the host, lives next door, and can be reached easily. This was my second stay here and I would not...

“Everything was wonderful, just a few frustrations but nothing huge. Was planning on using tandem kayaks as advertised because we had small children but they were lost by the previous renters. Also planned on using the pull out couch bed but that was broken and unable to be used. Didn't use the grill because the grate was very rusty and starter button was broken. The steep hill and crossing a main route was a challenge and was hard to tell from the listing post but they were very responsive and...

“Our review of the property at Sun Filled Lake House Living property from July 10 to July 18, 2026.Overall, we had a wonderful time. The property looked exactly like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the character of the old-style cottage. The setting nestled in the woods was beautiful, and having two outdoor sitting areas was a great feature. We particularly enjoyed spending our mornings having coffee on the front patio, which quickly became our favorite spot. We also spent a great day at...

“We do not drop poor reviews lightly. We rented a two unit house for 5 nights for 3,000. Out confirmation said we would have the place to ourselves. Instead, we had noisy construction crews on site, without any warning. When we complained and specifically asked that no one be on site for the remainder of our stay, the host agreed. That is not what happened. The crews showed up daily, sawing through brick and mortar in what appeared to be an addition. This all happened right outside our door,...

“Great property. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We grilled the two nights we were there. The propane tank had enough in it. The instructions said if empty we should fill it up. There wasn’t a gauge on the tank, so it was a gamble and if we ran out the other tank in the closet was empty. It would have ruined our evening. I wish that was taken care of by the property and not put on the guests.”
