Hotel a Watertown

“There were no amenities because they don’t serve breakfast or anything else on Mondays and Tuesdays. I took a picture of the face of the tub because it looked like it had black mold. We didn’t use the tub.”

“Room was clean and any issues they addressed it right a way. Parking was great plenty of parking along with a clean indoor pool. The rooms are amazing I would stay here every time visiting New Haven.”

“I stayed here for two nights and had a very relaxing experience overall. The location was peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. While it wasn't right in the middle of everything, it was only about a 10–15 minute drive to plenty of restaurants and food options, which was very convenient.”

“Clean room, good breakfast. Parking was good. The elevator was out of service, so had to use the stairs. This was very inconvenient.”

“The hotel was accessible and had fast food and cvs nearby. However, the room did have enough supplies in bathroom like conditioners or lotion. The microwave was not working. Also, the turn off part was cigarette smoke was coming when the AC was on, bit difficult to sleep with that, mostly may be someone was smoking behind the hotel. Had good parking spot. Overall okay when it’s just a day stay.”

“Suites were a great size for our 4 night stay. Hotel is only 2 years old. Everything is new and clean. Breakfast had many choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again.”

“The property and room were clean. The two staff members I interacted with were courteous. So, in staying there you're only provided with two little bars of soap, which is fine for a quick stay, but if you're there any longer bring your own, though I'd think they'd provide more. There is only a microwave at the front desk and in the room is only a little fridge. Overall, was a good 2 night stay.”

“The hotel meets the expectations: comfortable, easy to access and low budget. Service is good, people are kind and the hotel is clean. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is just ok. ”

“This place is in a great location. Before I was feeling more peaceful but no no more. The old lady at the front desk is not too nice, asking what my dog performance to charge me. Emotional or service dog to my eyes is the same. The hallway have some leak through the rug don't know what was that, not so clean neither. I'm allergic to dust mites and I had a reaction on my arms after moving the blankets.”

“Worst time ever me and my husband were out of there in less than two hours.. pay for a queen suite got a different cheaper. Room was not compensated. None of the amenities were available. We were told we don’t allow walk around the house no washer and dryer no kitchen no outside of amenities. nothing they offered was true or given totally misled. The host said she’d give me the email address for the management. It’s the whole thing was blocked out deceitful devious. do not stay there. It’s a...

“The king room was very comfortable and spacious. The reservation agents were very helpful during the check-in and check-out process.”

“Close enough to the venue . The air smelled like old cigarette smoke had to leave the air conditioning running just to maintain cleaner air, hotel had what would best be described as an old rug smell. Beds and bathroom were clean”

“I actual live in town and always wanted to stay here with my wife and dine here. Super clean room, very chill atmosphere, well decorated and most importantly, a comfortable bed. The staff was incredible and very attentive. But the real shinning star was the Courthouse restaurant, probably one of the best meals I’m going to have this year. Great vibes, great staff and amazing food. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend staying.”
