“camera pulita e di dimensioni più che adeguate, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. ideale per chi non ha esigenze di confort tipo palestra, piscina e si accontenta di un posto dove dormire in modo più che decoroso”

“Personale cordiale e disponibile. L’hotel dispone di un ampio parcheggio. Colazione tipica americana. Camera ampia e pulita e letto abbastanza confortevole. Nelle vicinanze non ci sono molti ristoranti. Sala fitness abbastanza ben rifornita di attrezzi. ”

“I didn’t go down for breakfast, The pool was not clean I did not get in. My daughter took my granddaughter down in the morning to swim as they were supposed to clean it overnight. It looked better so they got in, until they took the vacuum out. All kinds of stuff came out of it. My daughter and granddaughter had to get out. Definitely need to work on that! The rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. ”

“Classico molte americano dove parcheggi davanti alla porta. Economico e pulito (ma con il classico odore della moquette che non viene cambiata da anni). Se dovete solo dormire, siete di passaggio e trovate una buona tariffa va bene. ”

“Yes, breakfast was excellent buffet, parking was convenient, location good, Zion surprisingly pleasant, & Illinois Beach SP in great shape. i”

“The room had a smell and the staff at front desk was very cold, the outside of the place was like going to a cheap dirty hotel for working girls if you know what I mean.”

“The breakfast food, choices & staff were wonderful. Very clean & fully stocked & fresh/hot. The main complaint would be, on Sunday evening, we went to the pool as usual, but Sunday, the hot tub was FILTHY & the pool was over chlorinated. The water was so cloudy in the pool & the hot tub, you could see dirt & when turned oned on, it stirred up dirt, smelled & no bubbles, just foam. The other thing would be the pool water for the 3 days was cold. One last thing, not enough outlets for plugging...

“Shower did not drain, towels had holes, breakfast was old and dry. Couldn’t get in through the front automatic door on multiple occasions. ”

“There was a lot of variety at the free breakfast, the bed was very comfortable and the town of Grayslake was a wonderful surprise. Make sure you stop by The Vine - Martini and Wine Bar restaurant!”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, could’ve had more fresh fruit but that’s alright! The coffee in the lobby was very good too. The room/bathroom was very clean. The shower head was confusing though, it was spraying the water with a lot of pressure and I couldn’t reach to change it. But overall, the stay here was very nice and I definitely will come back again. ”
