“Clean environment! ”

“This property is old and not well maintained. While the room was clean(ish) the common areas like hallways, stairs, and elevator were dirty. Stains on carpeting, stains on bedding, stains on towels! Patchwork repairs such as mismatch pain etc everywhere. While the front desk staff was nice, there was zero hostility! I asked for extra pillows and a blanket which took 24 hrs to arrive. I stayed 4-nights and never had maid service once. And when I asked for maid service I was told no cuz they were...

“A terrible experience. The room was filthy, unsafe, and smelled awful. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and only interested in collecting payment, not resolving any issues guests might have. A terrible hotel that should go out of business.”

“I went to the Bruno Mars concert with my daughter and stayed here. The location was perfect! You wake up in the morning, and open the door and a big beautiful rollercoaster smacks you in the face--it sets the tone for an amazing day. The vibe is unbeatable and it makes you wanna have fun the rest of the day. The room was clean and comfortable and we felt safe. You can't beat the price. We will definitely be going again. ”

“Dirty room, spiders on the walls, curtains covered in either blood splatter mold from the air conditioner, flat pillows, thin sheets. We had 2 rooms rented and both were in bad condition with spiders in both of them. Supposedly this place was "renovated" not too long ago. If this was a renovation then I cant imagine how bad it was before. Will not ever stay here again. ”

“This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The room smelled absolutely disgusting the moment I walked in — like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. Staying there felt unbearable. Calling it “breakfast” is honestly a joke. There was barely anything available, and not even basic coffee. I’ve seen better options at gas stations. Completely misleading and unacceptable. The environment around the rooms was even worse. People were constantly smoking right...
