“We have stayed here several times, and it is very convenient from the highway. Clean, and comfortable.”

“Everything was just ok. There was an issue with the elevator door. It worked but was slow to open and made strange sounds. We took the stairs most of the time. Breakfast was good- pretty typical. I don’t think we would stop here again. ”

“The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.”

This coming from someone whose job is to be helpful serving as first contact with the hotel was not good at all. Management should really take a closer look at her. Maybe even consider there options with her. She has to have multiple complaints against her. Other than dealing with unruly front desk clerk all other staff and aspects were good to...

“We arrived at night so I could not see the condition of the property. The gentleman behind the desk was personable. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC unit was QUIET. Breakfast was full of carbohydrates and a few of the machines (OJ. . .) were broken, so they put milk, Sunny Delight (fake OJ), and yogurt in a small cooling fridge below the counter. My son had a separate room and said that it smelled of smoke. It's good for a one-nighter. I wouldn't plan on moving in. Toilet...
