“In the average disorganized ;expected to breakfast included in the price but was not- second I paid for breakfast now it take me a week to get refunded the deposit if 50 dollars they ask me to put down - not a good policy ; I’m unhappy ”

“I arrived and my room was not fully cleaned due pubic hairs and feces on my bed. Thank goodness it was a Queen room where I could use the other bed.”

“Updated and modern, wooden floors are nice si that there’s not that typical carpet small that most hotels have. Clean and bright. Unsustainable using all plastic and throwaway. Breakfast was fine, coffee subpar ”

“It’s the perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and professional. Wish you didn’t have to call for the shuttle but it should pass like the other hotels every half hour. ”

“My stay overall was a good one. The location was great. I have 4 stars because the water pressure for the shower and sink were low and the room had a smell when you first walk in but the air conditioning rectified it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“I have never left earlier before from any hotel in the past, and from this one I did, I can't stay in there where the Marijuana smell was so strong that I was getting sick and my mother as well, the night shift staff was very rude to me when my key stop working and I went to reception to request the service of repair she even rolled her eyes on me and only make one key work, breakfast was the only thing I can say was ok, and clean! But besides that everything else, the ice machine not working...

“The lobby smelled like vanilla musk. It was fantastic! Clean, affordable and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. A good choice if you’re going to see a show at the Amp Ballantyne.”
