“Valet service was excellent, professional friendly. Check in at bar was easy, free drink when u arrive. Hotel staff friendly. When I booked the room the parking was $45. The hotel changed the rate to $55 as I wasn’t informed. Called hotel and talked to the valet desk and they are going to try and make things right. Nice clean rooms, hot shower. ”

“At my check-in, the lady at the front desk Bre, was very friendly and patient as my credit card didn’t register immediately. I allowed another customer to handle their business and I again scanned my card and it was acknowledged. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was very attentive. My only concern was the lack of a room safe. I didn’t notice any. The hotel is quite and close to the airport and a short ride to downtown Charlotte. ”
