“Ein familiäres hotel mit viel Tradition. Das Haus ist alt und verwinkelt, inklusive urigem Gewölbekeller in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Mein Zimmer war erstaunlich modern. Das Bett war bequem und es war angenehm ruhig. Beim Frühstück war alles grundlegend vorhanden und lecker. Schön wäre noch frisches Obst gewesen, es gab lediglich Obstsalat aus der Dose. Insgesamt ein sehr netter Aufenthalt mit besonders freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal. In der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Mosel...

“I book this hotel because they have free shuttle service from/to Hahn airport, but when i call to book, the “”very unfriendly staff”” ask me to call directly the driver, that told me i had to book 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE, WHICH IS, IN MY OPINION, ABSURD !!! The room was not bad, but THERE WERE 4 SPIDERS, and that means they don’t clean Good. In addition the water in the shower was only warm. I’m a very frequent traveller and I won’t suggest this hotel, for this price find something else !! ”

“Das Hotel ist neu. Aussen noch nicht so gut angeschrieben. Aber mit der Adresse findet man es gut. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene im Zimmer. Da aus dem Sofa ein Bett gemacht wurde, hatten wir nur noch eine Sitzgelegenheit. Ein zusätzlicher Stuhl wäre gut gewesen. Hätten wir aber sicher bekommen, wenn wir danach gefragt hätten. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.”
