“This hotel is extremely convenient for anyone that will be staying in Wellington, Co. It isn’t a “high class” place, but it has everything you need. Our stay was exactly what we needed.”

“This place was reasonably priced and had almost everything we needed. Fridge in the room and microwave. The only thing I wish they had was a safe in the room. Other than that, everything was great.”

“Shortly after booking I received a text inviting me to checkin online to save time- which I did. This included uploading a pic of my drivers license, vehicle plates and payment info. When I arrived, instead of picking up my room keys, check-in process was very strange and uncomfortable, with the male attendant insisting on showing me the room prior to checkin. He expected me to go inside with him and have a look around. The elevators weren't working so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs....

“We come to Fort Collins often and after our first stay here, we will be back! The room was clean and comfortable, very spacious which is nice for our little one to play. The breakfast bar was great with several options. The hot tub and sauna were a plus!”

“It was a clean, quiet room and the bed was comfortable. We did not hear the interstate, which was a nice surprise considering the close proximity. Our only complaint was that the ice machine had dirty looking ice...but we did report it. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool & hot tub, and missed breakfast. They also allowed us a late checkout for a very reasonable price compared to other hotels that we've stayed at.”

“Older, but very pretty property! Rooms clean aside from the pizza left in the fridge from a previous guest. At the time of check in the front desk agent gave very poor directions to our room, was not friendly what so ever, and when we could not find our room she proceeded to tell us "well I gave you directions." Other then the older gal at the front desk, our stay was great!”

“Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. “We were not informed until the day before that the property was being remodeled. there was no pool available. We were told there would be breakfast - fruit, granola bars, coffee was all that was provided because, no kitchen. I had to go to the lobby to get hot water to make my tea...there was no chair in our room - they were "on order" which did not help us. The toilet clogged twice - fixed quickly, fortunately. But we were offered the use of the lobby facilities while waiting. The staff had few...

“The staff was friendly and the room was clean/nice. However, the hallways did kind of stink from people cooking and their pets. The walls were also very thin.”
