“very nice property”

“Bellissimo impianto con splendido giardino curatissimo dove guardare ogni tipo di piccoli uccellini. Camera comoda dato che abbiamo prenotato per due una di 80 m2 con due salottini. Sicuramente bella per un soggiorno estivo ma non per l'inverno. Esiste un camino ma abbiamo dovuto chiedere tre volte perché fosse acceso e quindi il secondo giorno si sono decisi. Hanno portato legna per 3 ore e quindi poco caldo. C'era una stufetta ad aria calda ma non si poteva usare nel bagno di marmo perché non...

“The Ibex property has one of the best views in all of Coonoor. We visited some of the higher end hotels and found that the views did not compare to that of Ibex. The bungalow is a old heritage style, gorgeous bungalow , the staff is very very sweet and helpful, and it's very worth the price! They even provide a good breakfast, games and books on request, and gave us a little goodbye token which was so warm and loving! ”

“This was the most horrible experience i have ever had. First the room i booked and paid for was not given. I was given a small room even though i paid for a big family room. The owner was so rude he said to cancel the booking when i complaint about the room sizes and refused to refund. This whole stay is a scam. The room was dirty and full of SPIDERS and Cockroaches. I would not wish this stay on my worst enemy. Avoid this place, camp in your car but not here”

“Superb hotel in every way. Location is great - 1 minute from bus stop, about 3 to Charing Cross, an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens, food & shops. Attentiveness of staff & attention to detail is second to none - they even provided locally sourced cookies at the tea station in the room. Bed is possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Linens, room & bathroon are all immaculately clean. Shower is hot and has excellent pressure. Breakfast is outstanding. ”
