“The room was fine but the bed was worn out and very uncomfortable, and the shower head was terrible”

“This is the second time I’ve stayed at the particular motel. It’s a wonderful place and close to the facilities I needed to go to. Had to checkout before breakfast but was told I could get a grab bag. That didn’t happen. The lady in the kitchen was rather rude and kept telling me I couldn’t go back there I needed front desk to do it. Ummm front desk told me to go back there. Anyway we left without it. Otherwise place was excellent”

“I was not informed that the property was being renovated when I booked. The water was turned off from 1 to 5 daily. The parking lot was full of storage containers for the renovation leaving little room for the guests to park. Had I known about the renovation I would not have booked. I firmly believe I should receive a discount for my stay ;”

“I went to Raleigh for a family event and stayed at Tru. The hotel was beautiful. Continental breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing! I'll definitely stay again”

“The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.”

“Loved the inn as always Room was very nice and extremely clean.bed was a king size that slept Amazing. Breakfast was delicious with Wonderful hospitality by the owner .had musician on Friday night that was wonderful to listen to..restaurants are in walking distance to town square. We will definitely be back”

“In generale Hotel, carino, ben posizionato comodo in quanto dispone sia di piscina che di lavanderia. Il letto molto comodo, la stanza profumata l’unico problema è che c’era della muffa sul soffitto. Colazione ottima e abbondante con Bacon, uova Waffle e tanti altri prodotti.”

“My biggest complaint about this hotel was the fact that they have a barn door style door for the bathroom and on both sides it does not go flush with the wall and sticks out a good inch 2 inch and a half. There’s no privacy there’s not even an exhaust fan in the bathroom. We stayed for one night, the morning we were leaving we were having breakfast, which was excellent however, the fire alarm started going off Which was obviously a false alarm but they never mentioned that to anyone. “The property was very poorly maintained and did not appear to be clean. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property. I found a used razor in the shower that had clearly been left by a previous guest. The bed did not appear to be clean either. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.”

“Hotel was supposed to be an Extended Stay hotel yet there were NO dishes, glassware, utensils in the room. There wasn't even a hair dryer, which the Expedia site specificaly listed.”

“Riscaldamento non funzionante in modo appropriato. Era preimpostato un limite alla temperatura massima della camera, decisamente troppo bassa per l'inverno. Risultato camera fredda per tutta la notte e soggiorno decisamente poco confortevole.”
