“Our stay at the Lion was excellent. The only complaint was that the door to our room wouldn't lock, but other than that everything was great. I would definitely stay there again. Great location for shopping at Bicester Village and a short drive to Bleinheim Palace. ”

“A truly delightful hotel in a convenient location with excellent staff and facilities. Impossible to fault overall - 2 tips… dont park under the trees in front of the building. I dont know what the birds eat, but they eat A LOT of it. Then theres steps….pack light, you’ll be hauling your luggage up a LOT of steps :-) - its a 13th century manor house, lifts werent a “thing” !”

“Nice room with a good bathroom, would have been better if the smaller shower head had somewhere to rest on, otherwise you have to hold whilst showering when you don’t wish to use rain shower. Good breakfast with a view over Silverstone track, however some foods were clearly left over from the day before (fresh fruit salad was fresh two days before our stay). Lovely swimming pool and the gym, but got really put off from working out as a creepy guy in the was making really loud sex noises...
