Everything was perfect, including the sweetest visiting cat, who sat outside with us on occasion! A 10 minute drive from town takes you to this private paradise in the forest. “The property is historic, so the HVAC system is dated and a little noisy. There is a pool but it’s not in close proximity to the hotel. The restaurant food and environment was very good, however a little pricey. Overall a good place to stay, the bed was comfortable and I slept well.”
