“Good breakfast. Clean pool. Garbage could have been emptied everyday. ”

“Unfortunately they hold the deposit for the room and exceptionally long time. The stay was for 7 days ago and the $200 is still pending on my account. Completely unacceptable and I will not be booking this brand of hotels again. ”

“Avoid this place! Halway carpet smelled like rotten milk and dead fish. Non-smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes, old food, and used cooking oil. They wanted to charge us for shampoo and soap until I asked for the written policy and the clerk called the manager. ”

“Mathew at the desk was an amazing help! We had an extremely late (2am) check in and he was courteous and professional when we were so very tired from the drive. Thanks Mathew!!!!”

“ The air conditioner had a loud"white noise" sound and we were told there were no other king bed rooms..so we had to live with it.”

“The sofa bed is so worn and very uncomfortable. Needed towels, asked the front desk clerk at 8am, she said had to wait until 8:30…..asked again at 9:30, she said not ready they will bring to the room…..checked out at 10:30 and still did not receive the towels. The front desk clerk was somewhat rude when I asked for change to use the washer and dryer….said you can try across the street. The breakfast staff was very polite and friendly. ”

“Room was clean and freshly made daily. Fitness room consisted of a broken treadmill No free weights . The fitness room was dirty and gross. Breakfast ( if you can call it that) consisted of some slices of white bread and 2 two kinds of cereal.... Kids shouting/ screaming and running up and down the hall late at night. No consideration for other customers. Someone needs to burn this place down and rebuild it from ground up”
