“Indoor pool is closed for no reason, filthy shower floor, found PUBIC hair in silverware drawer, dirty sock and rusty bent nail by bed skirt upon checking in. Manager promised 55,000 points for my disgust. Well, after over a week of waiting for said points...27,000 were actually awarded. Needless to say we won’t be using this hotel again. ”

“TV remote didn't work and I'm pretty sure they house homeless people in this hotel in addition to travellers.”

“We didn't see anyone in The Villaje Inn during our stay. You have to do the check in and check out in the near by Hotel Beekman Arms and that was a nigthmare for us because because we arrive a 10:30pm. The walking distance is 15minutes. The property is ok if you only want to sleep there. The beds are comfortable but tv doesn't work properly, nor the A/C. For the price is ok. The complemantary breakfast is ok.”

“It was a joy to be there for it had everything including real cups and saucers with spoons! No paper cups, which I appreciated. Plus live bamboo in the room and more than adequate bathroom products including new tooth brushes. Real art and prints on the wall that gave it a very Asian- European flair. Lovely”
