“This was a great hotel! We stay in tons of places for cheer and hockey and this was by far one of the best. Almost like it has sound proof walls, low noise and the complimentary breakfast was great! Really kind staff to top it off! ”

“Very clean, spacious and renovated rooms. Good quiet guests while we were there. Quiet and safe area. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very close to WEM. Only thing we didn’t like was that there is one elevator, and it is very busy and slow. ”

“Hotel is right across the street from the mall (not IN the mall). Quick walk to the mall. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Parking is included and had an extra lot around the corner if full. Coffee maker and mini fridge in the room as well.”

“Staff was okay. Checked in and out was quick however property condition was okay. Room carpet was so dirty. Bed mattress was so old and some of them were making squeaky noise and not that firm enough for comfortable sleeping. ”

“Room was spacious. Staff was always making sure fresh towels were brought to the pool, food during breakfast was always filled and tables washed. Great experience I would definitely stay again”

“Room was blazing hot. Pillows and bed are garbage. Was missing facecloths and couldn’t reach front desk. Called multiple times, finally called outside line and someone answered. Waited 20 minutes for them to deliver, no one showed. Called again. ”

“Had trouble with TV....Wifi connection...Called front desk...I was told to "Go into SETTINGS and reset the wifi to the television..Tried to do it....didn't work after numerous tries. PACKED UP MY STUFF and vacated my room (#208) @ approx 7:45 pm, and drove the two hours home. I didn't say anything to the young lady at the front desk. Needless to say..I take my relaxation very seriously. I left with out SAYING anything because I know my temper limitations when I feel disrespected... I WILL NOT...
