“Internet was not great. Parking lot was pretty small considering it’s shared with another hotel.”

“We move to this hotel from another one and it exceeded all our expectations. Staff were very friendly. Location was very clean. Really enjoyed the adult only pool time after 11pm. Definitely would stay here again.”

“The rooms were well laid out with the superb kitchen and excellent work space. The bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the walk in shower. Ample parking. There was always space to park near the front. Look forward to stay at a Candlewood Hotel in the near future.”

“We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and never been disappointed. It’s clean, renovations are very nice. Pool area is very clean. Breakfast is better than your average hotel breaky with more like a restaurant feel seating. The staff in all areas of the hotel go above and beyond, especially at the breakfast. At the great rate on Expedia, I will be using this hotel again in the future.”

“Breakfast is good! Nibis ( the cook) always cook fresh eggs for everyone. He is very patient and nice. All the management are very welcoming and helpful. The custodian are all helpful. A very good experience for us to know all them. They are all welcoming and nice. I think they deserve 4 stars! The hotel looks new! 3 stars hotel in some places like New York are very dirty.”

“The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. I just hotels would let us know if your room is a pet room. My husband and I had an allergic reaction to the room because it was a pet room. No place when I made the reservation did it say there was pet rooms and non pet rooms”

“The Hotel was quiet and comfy, although a little more dated than what I expected from the photos. Breakfast was good. The restaurant could have used some more variety, but there are lots of food options nearby. Certainly not a bad option for the price.”

“We loved our stay. We got upgraded to one of the themed rooms for a really great price. The room was kind of cheesy but fun for families with young kids for sure. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Extremely easy access to west edmonton mall, so it was easy to go back to the room and take breaks as needed. We didn't didn't a lot of time at the hotel itself as we were busy with west ed activities, but highly recommend staying here if you can.”

“Doesn't look like much but inside is a great staff and rooms have what you need. Bed was comfortable, everything worked and is really well located close to everything. West Edmonton Mall took me about 15 min to walk but lots of reliable transit too. If I ever have to go to Edmonton and this neighborhood again I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.”

“This was not a true Radisson. It was dirty, it rained inside when it rained outside (like insane in the lobby. It soaked the couches lol) The stairwells were wet, missing ceiling tiles, wallpaper peeling… When our room was cleaned, they took our towels and didn’t replace them with more. I called down and they still didn’t bring some. Would never stay again and would beg anyone I knew going to stay anywhere else.”
