“We were there for three days and not once did they make our bed, empty our trash or bring clean towels. The lighting in our room was extremely inadequate. Our toilet was wobbly. The pool had crumbling concrete around the edge which kept falling into the pool. There were cockroaches. One morning the milk gravy was literally cold. They ran out of orange juice, milk and forks but no one replaced them. There was no one around to check and see if any breakfast items needed to be replenished. ...

“Chris absolutely made our stay!!!! A great place, wonderful host, breakfast was great. If we go to Hannibal again, this is absolutely the place we will stay!!!!”

“Beautiful older building. Great location to walk to food/coffee/attractions. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The train going by every few hours with very loud horn was annoying but not the hotels fault. Easy and convenient parking.”

“The owners have really outdone themselves with the remodel of this motel! They went above and beyond for our stay for our anniversary and are the nicest people. We will definitely stay again!”
