Hotel vicino a West End Center - Lubbock

“The property condition was really the only downfall to our stay. The entire second floor flooring was bowed and bouncy. Our room had a large dip by the bed that you tripped on all the time. Bathtub was loose and repaired with caulk. Overall a very nice hotel that looks like it was recently remodeled, but maybe cheaply done? ”

“Room was dirty, tv remote didn’t work. Had to get more towels. Vendin machines on bottom floor, no ice machine, pool out of service, floor lamp inoperable, and hair dryer burned up. Other than that and ripped up comforter on the bed, it was tolerable.”

“The fires in courtyard create a lot of smoke in the room. Very uncomfortable! Also the showerhead in #113 is very uncomfortable. Likes pins sticking you. Needs adjustment. ”

“This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.”
