“The breakfast had the usual offerings. The room was clean with LV flooring. Much more sanitary than carpeting. The AC kept us cool. The hallway was quiet. They accept pets which is a big plus for us. We always stay at this hotel when coming to Lubbock.”

“Great place to stay. Good breakfast and nice clean place as Marriott always is. PAINFULLY slow WiFi. The TVs barely worked the WiFi was so slow. Otherwise great stay!”

“Avoid this property!!! We had a bad experience here about six or eight months ago, but wanted to give them another chance. Very bad idea! Bathroom wasn't cleaned - dirty towels from prior guests and hairs all over the sink. Room stank of stale cigs and bad deodorizer. Loud party started at 2AM next door - finally insisted on a new room. The AC in the new room clanked like it was falling off the wall - finally turned it off. Roaches crawling in bathroom and kitchen. And again, someone else's...

“Maintenance on building was lacking. Hallways were not air conditioned. Carpet torn. Paint on walls were chipped. Sink in bathroom drained very slowly. TV set was very small. Remote control was missing battery because the closure for the battery compartment was gone. You could hear through the walls the other rooms. But it was cheap.”

“Was a nice quiet location. Centrally located and wasn’t too far from anything in town. Good communication throughout our stay. ”

“The elevator smelled like marijuna and when u walk out the room the halls would smell too. There was no kitchen things like they said it would”
