“Room smelled and was stuffy”

“It was a pleasant experience. Our only issue was that the pool was under renovation, which we can't hold against them for making improvements.”

“Room was sad and multiple dents in the wall and dirty drawers. Booked a non-smoking room and it was clearly smoked in which made me concerned for my 6 year old child. Staff were friendly and accommodating though.”

“Very new hotel with character (unique rooms with artist murals). Everything is clean and fairly easy. It is a no contact check in so there is no front desk or staff on site. The only slight issue is the communication via Expedia that does not share the client’s contact with the hotel so it is tricky to get the check in instructions/keypad code. Besides that, I love it! Stayed there twice already and planning on staying there again on my next trip.”

“T he room was clean. Facility was also well maintained both inside and out. The beds were a bit too soft.Staff was pleasant. We didn't have breakfast there because the cost of the room was high and we would have to also pay for breakfast. We decided to have breakfast at friends house.”

“Toilets are too low”

“The property is poorly maintained. Trash everywhere. Ice machine is not functioning. Carpet in room was filthy. Rooms smell of mold. TV remote was sticky. Refrigerator didn't chill. Finally, be advised...they have a 48 hour check out rule if you are leaving the room early. Must notify them 2 days in advance of checking out if you want to cancel. Otherwise they keep your money. No exceptions. Won't go back.”

“Everything was good except the shower”

“The property was extremely outdated and appeared to be poorly maintained. The side entrance door was broken and would not close properly, allowing anyone to enter the building, which raised significant safety concerns. Our room had broken outlet covers, dirty air vents, and filthy windows that gave the impression it had not been thoroughly cleaned in months. The bedding was also disappointing. Instead of a comforter, the bed only had an additional sheet, and we had to request a blanket from...
