Hotel a West Haven

“The property is in an alley behind some dilapidated buildings it felt very unsafe. The room was small , with nowhere to sit but on the bed. The security was a joke anyone could get into the room easily. They had a free breakfast listed which consisted of waffles , some bread and coffee or tea.”

“For breakfast they only had it to go bag which little to nothing in it staff was rude manager act like she didn't care about me having to wait 2 hours to get my TV to work then try to charge me $20 for a late checkout”

“We had a very nice stay as a family of 4. Appreciated the larger-than-average size room with pull-out couch and kitchenette. It was very clean and well-maintained and staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was convenient to restaurants and other areas. Breakfast was fine for a hotel breakfast buffet- nothing spectacular, but we were appreciative of it being there. Found it to be quiet despite being right near highway. Would stay there again!”

“First of all, I have stayed in the Hampton Inn before and really liked it. When I first arrived, I thought the hotel was closed because the entrance was blocked off and it looled abandoned. I drove a little further and found another entrance. As before, the staff was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed, however, was not - it was not firm or supportive.
